How long until I'll receive my order?
Before postage, each order is carefully hand-packed by TFSC staff and delivered with our courier Royal Mail. UK customers should receive their orders within 14 working days. International customers should receive their orders within a maximum of 28 working days.
What shirts can I get in the Mystery Boxes?
All of the shirts in our boxes are from clubs that have been officially manufactured, we will never deliver any unauthentic products.
We love to source shirts from clubs with stunning designs so you can guarantee that we will pick a stylish shirt to add to your collection.
If you'd like to make a request for teams and leagues to avoid, you can write this at the checkout.
Can I cancel/change my order?
Yes! If there is a problem with your order, fill in our contact form and we'll help you out as fast as we can. We can always cancel any order so long as it has not been shipped.
How can I exchange/return my shirt?
Yes, returns are accepted at the buyers expense. Items must be returned in the same condition as delivered with tags attached if they arrived with them. If items are not returned in the same condition as previously delivered we hold the right to reject a full refund and may return the item to the buyer.
